Energizing body and hair oil. Intensely nourishing and invigorating with organic essential oils of Rosemary and Patchouli. Used for daily skin care, Shakti offers an abundance of nutrients to maintain supple and healthy skin. Shakti's ingredients have natural antibacterial properties and its beautiful aroma transports you to hillsides covered with wild rosemary.
Active ingredients
- Rosemary Oil (Rosmarinus officinalis): Stimulating and particularly useful in massage, it helps to improve blood circulation. It is also useful for muscular pain, arthritis, dull skin, exhaustion, muscle cramps, neuralgia, poor circulation and rheumatism. It has an excellent reputation for scalp and hair care, particularly against dandruff. Rosemary also has applications for respiratory problems as an expectorant/decongestant.
- Cold-pressed avocado oil: Fresh and produced in the mountains of southern Spain, this oil retains its beautiful dark green color, rich in nutrients and antioxidants. It penetrates deep into the skin with a silky texture, is not greasy to the touch and leaves a beautifying glow and softness on the skin's surface.
- Hemp Seed Oil: Naturally antibacterial and packed with Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in the exact ratio of 3:1. It is designed to soothe and nourish your skin. Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) improves the consistency of the skin's natural oils, helping to decongest and leave pores less visible.
- Virgin Olive Oil: Rich in nutrients and antioxidants, the healing benefits of olive skin have been well known since ancient civilizations and this “liquid gold” has been used as a moisturizer, cleanser, skin protectant and anti-aging remedy.
The ritual
Place warm oil in palms of hands and massage into skin and hair. Use on damp skin before getting out of the shower to lock in extra moisture.
Avoid use on the face. Do not use during pregnancy or when skin is exposed to the sun.
Tips
This oil increases the strength and shine of hair and scalp, while stimulating hair growth.
Massage a few drops into scalp and along hair shaft after washing.
Apply daily to ends to prevent split ends and dryness.
Fantastic for strengthening dry, curly and afro hair types, as well as dreadlocks as the oils are 100% natural and will wash out without leaving any residue.
