Return Policy
General
- Returns in France are free
- International returns are free only if the item ordered is defective or not as described.
- You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Request a return? Nothing could be simpler! Simply send us an email to support@fany-store.com in which you express your request as well as the reason for your return.
- You take care of carefully preparing your order and shipping it to the partner brand that originally sent it to you. It is very important to make sure that the items are returned in their new and intact condition, ready for resale.
- The withdrawal request is validated following receipt and verification of the returned item.
- Validated returns will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund is triggered within 2 business days following the validation of the return.
- You change your mind immediately after confirming your order? If the seller has not yet started preparing your item, he will be informed of your request for withdrawal, and you will be fully reimbursed, that is to say, the total value of the product as well as the delivery costs not incurred.
- You change your mind after the designer has started preparing your order, or after it has been delivered or is being delivered? You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item to return it, carefully packaged, to the partner brand that sent it to you. Once the item has been received and checked, you will be refunded the full price of the item. The delivery costs initially paid for the benefit of the logistics provider will not be refunded.
Products not eligible for returns
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases. These include:
- Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms if the sanitary protection strip has been removed or if the items are soiled
- Beauty and care products if they have been opened, used or if they are not in a resalable condition in their original packaging with the protective films intact
- Worn products that are not in perfect condition, damaged, soiled or without their original labels
- Shoes that are marked, worn or not returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging (jewelry boxes, purses, clothing tags, etc.)
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If for example you wish to change sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size you requested and return your original order.

Defective products
- Returns of defective items are free of charge.

If you notice that the item is defective upon receipt, please inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important to provide us with one or more photos and a description of the manufacturing defect found.

We will arrange a return for you, and approach you for a refund or replacement.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse will not be considered defective.
How to return a product?
- Contact Customer Service at the following address support@fany-store.com, mentioning the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- A summary email of your return request will be sent to you, in which we will indicate the steps to follow to make your return.
- Please note that return costs to France are free.
- On the other hand, if the product(s) to be returned are not considered defective, the cost of returning them abroad may be borne by the customer.
- Make sure the items to be returned are well packaged, in similar conditions to those in which they were delivered.
- Once the returned items are received and validated, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
