Fany is an online concept store that brings together a selection of high-quality, handmade items, produced in limited series in the workshops of our partner designers. Our collections are the result of meticulous work carried out by talented designers committed to an eco-responsible approach.

First, handmade: because we are committed to promoting manual work when it is done with care and reflects the soul and history of its designer. These are independent brands, that is to say, brands owned and managed by the creators themselves and/or their respective families. In the absence of conflicts of interest, our partner creators are able to offer you unique pieces that are perfectly in line with the ethical and eco-responsible values ​​they defend.

Absolutely. We have brands that work with artisans from Morocco, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, etc. This is an important point for us. There are highly valuable manual skills in most of these countries that sometimes tend to disappear. These skills are often held by communities whose craftsmanship represents the main source of income. By encouraging the collaboration of our partner designers with these artisan communities, we pursue a dual objective: to contribute to the preservation of ancestral skills while improving the daily lives of artisans who need it.

Deliveries / Tracking my order

When you place an order on Fany, the purchased item is shipped directly by the designer who designed, created or manufactured it. As a result, shipping costs may vary from one brand to another depending on their countries of origin.

How can I track my order?

Once your item has been shipped, a link including the tracking number of your package will be sent to you by email. You can then connect to this link to track your order in real time.

Deliveries are currently only made in Metropolitan France. Since we work with brands from several different countries, delivery costs may vary from one brand to another depending on their country of origin. In any case, we mention for each product its origin as well as the shipping costs applied to it.

Yes! You just need to add the correct address when paying for your order.

Our partner brands send you the products ordered on our platform directly. Therefore, if you have ordered from several brands, you will receive separate packages from each of them.

Since our partner brands ship their products directly to you and sometimes from different locations, this means different shipping costs per brand. Our partner designers are very small independent businesses and operate that way. You support them with every purchase!

Returns / Refunds

Absolutely. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make your return. Simply ask us and we will organize everything for you. Please note that for health or hygiene reasons, certain types of products cannot be returned. For more information, see our Returns Policy page as well as our General Conditions .

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. For example, if you wish to change sizes, you will need to place a new order in the size you requested and return your original order for a refund, as per our Terms and Conditions .

The item does not match the product sheet or has a manufacturing defect. No problem, just notify us as soon as you notice this upon receipt. When you make your return request, it is important to provide us with a photo and a description of the defect. We will arrange a return for you, and approach you for a refund or replacement.

Yes, if the brand that shipped your order is located in France.

If the brand is based abroad, it depends on its return policy. As a reminder, these are independent designers at the head of very small structures, and therefore cannot always afford to cover the return costs when they are established far from France.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

We cover the majority of payment methods available in France. It is therefore possible to pay for your order with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express bank card, via Paypal or via Apple Pay. It's up to you to choose the method that suits you best!

Your payments comply with the strictest rules of confidentiality and security. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure and approved payment modules of our partners Paypal and Stripe.

No, you will only need to make one payment, no matter how many products you order. We offer a secure one-stop checkout process to make your purchases easier.

We will communicate your credit to you in the form of a Promo Code that you can enter in the "Promo Code" field on the payment page. The amount corresponding to your discount will be automatically deducted from the amount to be paid in your basket.

If the product is cheaper on the brand's website or through one of its direct sales channels, contact us within 14 days of your order and we will match the price for you!
