Elena Jewelry Concepts
Elena Jewelry Concepts is the jewelry brand of Greek jewelry designer Elena Vezyroglou. Elena developed a love for handmade items and especially homemade jewelry at an early age, when she accompanied her mother, an art gallery owner, to exhibitions.
Although she started out with a management career, Elena quickly rediscovered and succumbed to her love for jewelry making, which led her to obtain a degree in goldsmithing and jewelry design at Mokume, one of the most prestigious goldsmithing schools in Greece.
Elena designs and makes all her jewelry herself, with great attention to detail and quality. Her workshop, a lovingly restored building, is located in the colorful Athonos neighborhood of Thessaloniki, Greece. Her pieces are mostly made of recycled sterling silver, sometimes in combination with other metals like bronze and copper and often plated with 24 carat gold. She particularly enjoys working with gemstones to add color and soul to her pieces.
With her designs, she aims to create simple, yet elegant and remarkable jewelry that can easily be worn all day, at the office or in the evening.
