Remarkable for its simplicity, the Lilya Berber rug is the meeting of complex Berber weaving and contemporary minimalist design. Beyond the classic combination of black and white, this model is distinguished by the natural variations in the ecru tones of the wool used, making each piece unique.

Origin

This piece is entirely hand-woven by Folks & Tales' partner artisans based in the Atlas Mountains and with whom the brand forms long-term collaborations in order to create a virtuous ecosystem around their precious know-how. This Berber rug is made using the ancestral Hanbel technique, and from locally available sheep's wool. Its manufacture can take up to 8 weeks of work.
